All content on our website, including product photos, descriptions, and logos, is protected by copyright and may not be used without our explicit permission.

If you believe that your copyrighted work, trademark, or other intellectual property right has been infringed by a product listed on our website, please notify us by following the procedure outlined below.

To file a claim of infringement, please submit a formal notice to our designated agent via email at: ip@RiderAtelier.com. Your notice must include the following information in English:

  1. Identification of Rights: A detailed description of the intellectual property right you claim has been infringed (e.g., trademark registration number, copyrighted work).

  2. Identification of Infringement: A direct link to, or a detailed description of, the specific product(s) on RiderAtelier you believe infringe upon your rights.

  3. Contact Information: Your full name, company name (if applicable), physical address, email address, and telephone number.

  4. Good Faith Statement: A statement made under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.

  5. Authority Statement: A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the rights owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

  6. Signature: An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right.

Upon receipt of a valid and complete notice, we will initiate an investigation and may take appropriate actions, which may include removing the challenged material from our site.
