Shipping policy

At RiderAtelier, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently.

Our primary markets include the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, along with other major developed regions.

1. Order Processing

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Daily Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (PST) / 1:00 AM (CET) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout where applicable.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following flat-rate structure:

  • Standard shipping worldwide: $8 USD per order

  • Free shipping: Automatically applied to any order with a subtotal of $69 USD or more

We may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders. Any applicable free shipping thresholds will be displayed on the product page or at checkout.

4. Import Duties & Taxes (DDP – Duties Paid)

We are pleased to offer Duties & Taxes Included (DDP) for shipments to:

  • United States (US)

  • United Kingdom (UK)

  • Canada (CA)

  • Australia (AU)

For these destinations, the price you pay at checkout is final. All applicable import duties, VAT (where applicable), and customs clearance fees are prepaid by us.

You will not be required to pay additional charges upon delivery.

For other countries, customs duties or local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Customs & Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping timelines may vary due to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier delays

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Government regulations

  • Other events beyond our control

RiderAtelier is not responsible for delays caused by such external factors.

6. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned or lost, additional shipping fees may apply.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, please contact us within 3 days at Service@RiderAtelier.com. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier on your behalf and work to provide a reasonable resolution.

7. PO Box & Military Addresses

  • ✔ We ship to PO Box addresses where supported by the carrier.

  • ❌ We currently do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
