Welcome to RiderAtelier. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services (the “Service”). By accessing or purchasing from RiderAtelier, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

RiderAtelier is operated by Vertex X LIMITED, Room 1401, Cambridge House, 26–28 Cameron Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

1. Eligibility

By using this Service, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or

  • You are using the Service under the supervision of a legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order.

2. Products and Availability

We sell clothing and accessories.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities

  • Refuse or cancel orders

  • Discontinue products at any time

  • Correct pricing or description errors

Product images are for illustration purposes. Minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting or screen differences.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be completed before order processing. We accept secure payments through the following approved processors and methods:

4. Order Processing & Shipping

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is generally 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier.

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier delays

  • Government restrictions

  • Strikes or logistics disruptions

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If a customer refuses delivery or provides incorrect shipping information, additional fees may apply.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligible Returns:

  • Items must be unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

How to Obtain a Return Address:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at Service@RiderAtelier.com. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the authorized return address and any further instructions. Returns sent without prior approval or to an unverified address may not be processed.

Non-Product-Related Returns:

If the return is not due to a product defect or error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom or Personalized Products:

Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless defective.

Non-Returnable Situations:

We do not accept returns for:

  • Damage caused by misuse

  • Damage caused by improper washing or handling

  • Normal wear and tear

Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned goods.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have concerns regarding your order, you agree to contact us at Service@RiderAtelier.com before initiating a chargeback.

Filing a fraudulent chargeback may result in:

  • Account suspension

  • Denial of future purchases

  • Submission of evidence to the payment processor

We reserve the right to dispute any unjustified chargeback with supporting documentation, including shipment confirmation and delivery tracking.

8. Reviews and User Content

Customers may submit reviews or comments.

By submitting content, you grant RiderAtelier a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and publish such content for marketing and promotional purposes.

We reserve the right to remove content that:

  • Is abusive, defamatory, or illegal

  • Contains false information

  • Violates intellectual property rights

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, branding, logos, and designs, is the property of RiderAtelier or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, copy, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RiderAtelier shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of data

  • Delays beyond our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Where required by local consumer protection laws, mandatory rights of your country of residence shall apply.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
